Speaker layout:

The sound system, the layout of speaker system (speaker) is most important.. Layout will have a direct impact on the effect of the whole system.


1. The layout of the principles:

2. Centralized layout:

Speakers closer to the natural sound source, usually on the higher platform at the top or mouth of the second side of the stage.At higher population of stage, where, in stage two auxiliary audio side column can be added to make audio and video down, to ensure visual consistency.


3. The semi-centralized layout:

In large or long hall, speakers often use semi-centralized arrangement, each speaker services to an area. But be warned: do not hand in case of time delay, front and rear distance between adjacent two best speakers in the 12 meters, the largest not more than 15 meters, to ensure that the back seat of the audience can not hear two voices.The power of the one set of speakers that close to the stage of can be smaller, for the sound of its scope should be smaller.


4. Distributed layout:

When the flat lower hall, or hall reverberation time is too long, often distributed layout.Can improve the ratio of direct sound.

Direct calculation of the maximum sound pressure level of the speaker:


LH; the 1W speaker 1 m of axial sensitivity level.

R: speaker to listener distance.

WE: feed electric power to the speaker.

Maximum sound pressure level inside the hall: Can be approximated as LPt = LSP + Lr. Lr is the room constant, relate to the total sound absorption, the reverberation time, in general, preferable 3-12dB (estimated value).
